NVWE Notes: This immediately engaging Rosé wafts forth an expressive perfume where focused scents of nectarine, watermelon, peach, blood orange zest, Mandarin orange, white rose, coriander seed and a hint of mineral salinity find harmony. It is supple, texturally racy and fully dry on the palate, the balance helped by genteel fruit acidity and mineral undercurrents. The finish is extremely long and truly satisfying, as flavors of nectarine, Mandarin orange and blood orange zest take center-stage, with the gentler notes chiming-in after. It should be near-perfect with holiday turkey, but just as satisfying as a sipper. It is ready to enjoy. 150 cases produced.
