In the mouth, flavors of guava, Fuji apple, tangerine, cantaloupe, lemon curd, lime zest, white rose, lemongrass, celery seed, chamomile and brioche are all in evidence. The palate-feel is substantial yet the wine is otherwise lighthearted and its harmony lingers well. It is ready to enjoy. 400 cases produced.
