Another release that's more racy and lean than previous vintages, the 2013 Roussanne Rustler James Berry Vineyard offers exotic notes of Meyer lemon, green citrus and honey to go with a medium-bodied, lively, clean and crisp style on the palate. NVWE Notes: Time softened and mature, this Roussanne represents its famous property and grape effectively. The bouquet combines notes of honey, lemon meringue and hints of tropical above firming minerality. It is rich in body, but appropriately zesty through a lingering finish highlighted by honey, lemon, tropical notes and chalky counterpoints. It is ready to enjoy.
