NVWE Notes: This delightfully dinner-worthy dinner wine offers elegant, focused fruit with firm mineral contrasts. The nose offers forthcoming aromas of gooseberry, preserved lemon, lemon curd, Mandarin orange, lemon grass, honeysuckle and flint. It feels sleek on the palate, where all the promised fruit notes fan-out  in lockstep with flint-edged mineral counterpoints. The finish is extremely long, and suggestions of nectarine and papaya are added in as the wine airs. It is ready to enjoy. Organically farmed. 300 cases produced.
