Hyde du Villane 2012 "Belle Cousine" Proprietary Red, Hyde Vineyard, Carneros

This rich Merlot-Cabernet blend comes from Larry Hyde’s famous Carneros vineyard and it is organically farmed. The ideally ripe 2014 vintage produced a richly textured wine with fine zest and mineral underpinnings in support of a richer core of black cherry, dark berry and savory spice. The style is food friendly and there is fine depth at the finish. It is entering its maturity and is ready to enjoy.
