Raspberry, Kirsch and pink peppercorn take center-stage on the mid-palate, where more prominent zest and a bit of tannic grip bring a drier edge and impressive food-worthiness. A lingering finish brings in more of the promised savory hints, as well as suggestions of cumin seed and canella.
