NVWE Notes: This is an "easy drinking" wine, but also a surprisingly complex one. The nose is a bright panorama of intriguing scents: including Fuji apple, kumquat, green melon rind, Persian raisin, white rose, lemon blossom, honeysuckle, white pepper and brioche. It is soft-edged yet lively in the mouth, where notes of honey and chalky minerality join lingering flavors that mirror the aromas in both depth and freshness. It's combination of fruit intensity and gentility will make it attractive with a wide variety of foods. 100% Picpoul.
