Beaux Freres 2018 Pinot Noir
2018 Baeux Freres Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
Vinous - 93 Points
Bright ruby-red. Highly expressive aromas of cherry preserves, boysenberry, candied rose and baking spices, plus a hint of vanilla in the background. Coats the palate with intense red and blue fruit and floral pastille fruit flavors that become more energetic with air. The floral and spice qualities resonate strongly on the finish, which lingers with excellent tenacity and sneaky, well-knit tannins. 40% new oak. Drink 2022 - 2029.Josh Raynolds Aug 2020

Pale to medium ruby-purple in color, the 2016 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley is scented of warm black cherries and notions of blueberry preserves with touches of clove and nutmeg plus dried leaves, blood orange peel and dusty earth. Light to medium-bodied, it has beautiful purity of warm black cherries and black berries in the mouth with spicy accents, a frame of very fine-grained tannins and wonderful juicy acidity, finishing very long and very spicy. 2,500 cases produced. Drink Date 2018 - 2027. Erin Brooks 31st Aug 2018
