ANATOMY "NO 1" CABERNET SAUVIGNON NAPA VALLEY 2014

NVWE Notes: Darkly rich in aroma, with Cassis, mulberry, date sugar and hints of laurel and peppery bouillon creating a subtly rich melange. These same fruit and spice notes dominate on the mid-palate, although things seem more youthful and a bit more texturally rustic. That "rustic" impression brings a food-worthy edge to the finish, and the wine will show its best with the steaks and dark roasts it was clearly crafted for. Less than 400 cases produced.
