The aromas are a vibrant medley of lemon peel, honeydew melon, parsley and white pepper which rise above a rich background of saline minerality. Zest and salinity are hallmarks on the palate, where citric, spicy and herbal notes ride upon a supple wave of melon-like fruit flavors toward  a cuttingly dry, mineral-edged finish.
