This is a gorgeous wine, and golden fig, golden mulberry, baked green apple, hints of pineapple, quince, honeysuckle and lots of the spicy minerality distinctive to this  vineyard are notable in the nose. It is even more spicy and almost sweetly ripe on the palate, with loads of fig, golden mulberry, apple, pineapple souffle, citron, hazelnut nougat and a hint of nutmeg all rising sweetly above the drying mineral notes. It is long-lingering, dinner balanced and generous enough to be a great sipper, while zest and mineral undercurrents provide an attractive contrast to make it dinner-worthy. Time will only make this beauty more attractive. 900 cases produced.
