This impressive wine is focused and Chablis-like to the nose, where mineral elements are an attractive counterpoint to aromas of white peach, golden fig, baked apple, vanilla and toasted grain. It is fuller and more opulent in the mouth, and through a long finish where notes of mango, orange, apple skin and a suggestion of crushed rock are added to the mix. It is food worthy and ready to enjoy.
