Pretty and elegantly complex, the nose of this fine bubbly pours forth scents of lemon sorbet, white peach, baked apple, biscuit and croissant poised above undercurrents of honeyed nuts and saline minerality. The mineral notes are a bit more evident on the palate where they bring dryness and a slightly darker impression. It finishes long, supple and elegant with flavors of lemon, peach, honey and biscuit at center-stage and zesty dryness for balance.
