After fermentation with 10 hours of “skin contact” this wine shows as slightly exotic. The nose offers scents of lychee fruit and orange zest, followed by others of cardamom, rattan, honeysuckle and pink rose. Lychee, orange and jasmine dominate on the palate, where the texture is sleek and supple and notes of tropical fruit and a hint of dry spice follow through a gentle, palate-coating finish.
