Delicious already, this Riesling is both dinner worthy and a very satisfying sipper. The aromas are zesty yet rich and forthcoming, as scents of ripe peach, poached pear, lychee, jasmine, mock orange and apricot pit rise above an undercurrent of saline minerality. The flavors prove even more generous than the aromas as peach, pear, lychee, orange, chamomile apricot and mineral notes hold focus through a lingering, unexpectedly dry finish. It is ready to enjoy.
