This is a surprisingly complex no oak Chardonnay with a distinctive style. The nose is a medley of dried apple, baked green apple, white peach, clove, jasmine and lemon blossom scents. It is gently palate coating, appropriately zesty and shows impressive length to its flavors of baked green apple, dried apple, stone fruit and preserved lemon. It is ready to enjoy by itself or will be a fine compliment to sauced fish or fowl.
