The aromas of this pretty Pinot Noir are an elegant melange of bottled red cherry, grenadine,
preserved red plum, pink rose, baking spice and star anise scents. There is fine structure
and pretty oak spice on the palate, in support of lingering flavors of red cherry, red raspberry,
“red vines” licorice, star anise, hazelnut nougat and a suggestion of blood orange. Quite
delicious already, it should grow in appeal for another two years. 190 cases produced.
