It is tongue coating on the palate, where lime, guava, melon, golden mulberry and nougat flavors find mellow harmony with the layers of fruit promised in the nose. These rich flavors carry through an impressively lingering finish where the balance suggests best service with richly sauced fish, fowl, veal or sweetbreads.
