This wine is brightly fruity at opening, with aromas of black raspberry, red currant, black cherry, red plum and cranberry sauce that rise above savory notes of cedar, clove, vanilla and hazelnut husk. In the mouth, things are dinner-balanced and medium-bodied and the wines notable zest brings focus to lingering flavors centered on red currant, cranberry, pomegranate and baking spice. Food worthy already, it will certainly be more so in another two or three years. 2000 cases produced.
