2015 Small Vines Chardonnay TBH Vineyard

NVWE Notes: This is Chardonnay built to last. The aromas are an intense, densely coiled, notable youthful mix of baked red apple, peach sorbet, lychee, preserved citrus, vanilla and hazelnut scents. These notes are as focused yet show greater power and freshness on the palate, where peach, nectarine, apple, orange melon, and lemon rise in counterpoint to notes of honey, hazelnut, nutmeg, white pepper and “riverstone” undercurrents. The finish is very long and all the flavors grow with airing, so dinner service is a pleasure. The patient can expect several more years of positive evolution. Organically farmed, 221 Cases produced.

The 2015 Chardonnay TBH Vineyard has a savory nose of yeast extract, brioche and cashews with a core of guava, pineapple and passion fruit.
