This is a deftly balanced and dinner friendly Grenache with genteel, focused aromas of strawberry, red cherry galette, raspberry candy, pink peppercorn, dry red rose and a suggestion of black pepper-laced bouillon. It is both supple and quietly zesty on the mid-palate, with medium body and just a hint of remaining tannin. The lingering flavors are a mirror of the aromas and this is a versatile wine that may  seem at its very best with  flavorful pork entrees. 150 cases made.
