Plum, blueberry, grenadine and sandalwood are main themes on the palate, where a slight touch of tannin reinforces the wines dryness, but brings no sense of coarseness. The finish is dinner balanced and the style versatile food-wise, so the wine provides good value from this typically pricey appellation.
