The 2021 Pinot Noir Big Hill pours a clear, deep ruby with a light purple tinge and exhibits a darker personality in its notes of black cherry, gravelly earth, and fresh flowers. Robust and full bodied, with black raspberries, elegant wood spice, violets, and ripe black cherry, its broad structure remains pure, with ample fruit and a bit of woodsy spice. Give it a couple years and drink 2025-2040. (AF)
