NVWE Notes: At once firm, elegant and rich, the nose of this classy Chardonnay poises aromas of baked green apple, fresh Fuji apple, white peach, lemon curd, lemon meringue pie, lemon peel, gooseberry, nutmeg, hazelnut husk and mace above “riverstone” underpinnings. All of these elements appear on the palate with even greater generosity and zest, and the focused flavors carry through a super-long, citrus edged finish.
