Easily the quality of a much pricier wine and already deep, complex and seductive, this beauty offers aromas of white peach, golden apple, dry golden mulberry, nutmeg, hazelnut meringue and preserved lemon of richness and notable elegance. It is both plush and very White Burgundy-like on the palate, and grows more so as it airs, showing deeply rich fruit and lovely notes of sweet and savory spice in classy harmony. It lingers with lovely balance and precision. Delicious now, it will be better next year.
