A picture of restrained elegance, this notably complex Pinot Noir offers aromas of bottled red cherry, raspberry coulis, blood orange, cardamom, coriander seed, star anise, sandalwood and baking spice. It is tongue coating yet texturally sleek on the palate, where notes of panetone, sandalwood and hazelnut husk support fruit flavors of cherry, whortleberry and blood orange. Never less than pretty, it is delicious, lingering and well evolved for dinner service already.
