Complex and varietal, the nose of this tasty and graciously balanced bottling melds scents of strawberry galette, dark cherry, dry dark rose, star anise, baking spice and a hint of dry golden fig into an immediately appealing harmony. It is medium-bodied, stylish and attractively gripping on the palate, where the same pretty mélange of flavors glides through a very long and dinner-worthy finish. If a polished dinner wine already, it will be even deeper in another year or so. 265 cases produced.
