This often youthfully reticent bottling is more immediately forthcoming and harmonious in 2023, and its beautifully ripe fruit quickly unfolds to reveal aromas of white peach, fresh apple and hazelnut meringue along with hints of fresh coconut and white pepper, all poised above a gradually expansive core that suggests pineapple soufflé. Things proves forthcoming, sweet-natured, palate-coating, super long, intense and altogether delicious in the mouth, where each of the promised flavors is vividly on display. Despite its obvious current charms, this bottling - judging by previous vintages - is surely at least two years from its full expression. 186 cases produced.
