The aromas jump from the glass as a gorgeously focused, piquant medley of baked green apple, pear skin, white peach, gooseberry, grapefruit pith, lemon curd, pastry crust, nutmeg and hazelnut nougat scents. It is luxuriously flavorful and vibrantly fresh on the palate, with penetrating, lingering flavors of gooseberry, apple, white peach, coconut, pear, grapefruit, hazelnut nougat and toasted meringue.
