NVWE Notes: By any standard this is an exceptional spumonte. The mousse is tiny and persistent, the character genteel, vibrantly fresh and seemingly alcohol free. The aromas suggest a bunch of fresh muscat grapes touched by floral honey and a hint of lavendar. In the mouth it is delicately sweet and gently palate-coating and the bubbles light as air as they float the flavors of muscat grapes and orange honey through a lingering finish. It is built for easy refreshment, or better yet, service with biscotti.
