This is a super appealing sparkling wine at a great price. The nose opens with fresh aromas of honeysuckle, orange blossom and kumquat which seem to glide above a background of creme brulee and honey-drenched nuts. On the palate it has a delightfully genteel mousse and a delicate texture which combine to keep it amazingly light on its feet. The flavors are forthcoming and linger delightfully and the lasting memory is of candied lemon peel, kumquat marmalade and honeyed nut flavors that persist without ever showing any hint of heaviness. It is ready to enjoy.
