This attractively mature Cabernet offers a darkly rich bouquet of blackberry, black currant, mulberry, kalamata olive, clove, cedar, baking spice and vanilla pipe tobacco scents. On the palate there is enough remaining tannic grip to bring a winning structure to balance fruit that is a forthcoming replica of the aromas. Those flavors never flag, so the wine lingers nicely. It is ready to enjoy and will be an ideal accompaniment to grilled beef and to any barbecued meat. 650 cases produced.
