From the 2018 vintage, this Bordeaux grape blend offers youthful aromas of red plum galette, bottled dark cherry, dried cranberry, cardamom, toast, mace and dried herbs. It is medium-bodied and has a polished feel on the palate, where zesty, lingering flavors of bottled cherry, tart red plum, nutmeg, caramel, toffee and star anise rise above mineral undercurrents. If perhaps two to three years from its peak it should already prove a fine companion to elegantly sauced meat dishes. A blend of 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot, 7% Petire Verdot & 6% Cabernet Franc. 1000 6-packs produced.
