If youthful, the nose of this wine is already stamped with the harmonious personality the bottling is notable for. The   aromas come forth as a gently zesty-creamy melange of black currant, dark cherry, blueberry, sandalwood, toffee, baking spice and star anise. It is medium-bodied and supple in the mouth, with more well evolved flavors of blueberry, cassis, sour dark cherry, dark boysenberry, clove, cedar, mace, tobacco, baking spice and a hint of licorice root. Delicious and lingering, it is likely three years from its peak. This is Overtures Fall 2022 release which is a blend of the 2017, 2018 & 2019 vintages.
