NVWE Notes: This is possibly the best Fiano yet produced in the New World. The nose is a vibrant, focused, varietally correct and altogether captivating mix of dry yellow peach, peach pit, white pepper and gardenia. On the palate, mineral, nut husk and pomelo zest notes accent plush yellow peach, nectarine, green melon, Asian pear and gardenia scented flavors. The wines extremely long and supple finish becomes lean and cutting dry by firming minerality that also creates notable food-worthiness.  Absolutely delicious, it is ready to enjoy. 495 cases produced.
