Complex and perfectly ripe, if still a hint youthfully fresh, the nose of this fine Pinot Noir melds scents of black cherry, black raspberry, boysenberry, grenadine, mocha, nutmeg, toffee, sweet tobacco, coriander seed a hint of toasted rosemary into elegant harmony. These elements are reprised on the palate where polished tannins, zest and a wonderfully suave mouth-feel carry the flavors through a full and lingering finish. Tasty from the first sip it, should yet grow in appeal over the next several years. 100 cases produced.
