This is a fresh and delightfully forthcoming Rosé that delivers aromas of watermelon, pomegranate, grenadine, whortleberry, pink and Schezuan peppercorn and subtle mineral scents the moment the cork is pulled. It is sleek in texture and as fruit-centric as hoped on the palate, where the aromatic promise is well realized. The finish is dinner balanced and very long and an undercurrent of slate-like minerality brings an attractive edge in counterpoint to all the pretty red fruit.  300 cases produced.
