Vibrantly fresh and underpinned by notable minerality, the nose of this classy White Burgundy delivers scents of dried golden mulberry, baked apple, Meyer lemon peel, honey and flint in a bright, elegant mix. It is piquantly fresh yet already quite complex on the palate, where an otherwise tongue-coating texture becomes a racy vehicle for flavors of apple, golden mulberry, lemon, white pepper, honey and flinty minerality. Lingering and ideally food balanced, it will surely get better over the next two years or more.
