Rich flavors of peach, golden mulberry, baked green apple, nutmeg, bees wax, honey-drenched nuts and toasted meringue rise above limestone minerality on the palate, where the texture is both racy and tongue-coating. Mineral-dry and lingering yet delightfully supple, this wine is already delicious, although another twelve months or so will add to its depth. 167 cases produced.
