Well evolved and showing rather mature aromas and flavors, this dinner-balanced Pinot offers aromas of black cherry pie, purple plum compote, caramel and subtle vanilla backdrops. It is soft textured and appropriately zesty on the palate, where the softly generous flavors are a good replica of the aromas. Those flavors linger well and the wine seems more or less ready to enjoy.
