Rich in fruit, complex and distinctive, the nose of this fascinating Rosé is a forthcoming medley of strawberry, grenadine, bottled red cherry, pink peppercorn, mace and canela scents. It is as forthright on the palate, where the same juicy fruit has a piquant edge that sharpens the focus while suggestions of watermelon rind and fresh herbs add depth. The finish is notably long and food worthy so everything is a pleasure already, although his Rosé will likely improve over the next year. A blend of 31% Petite Sirah, 28% Grenache, 28% Syrah, & 13% Tannat. 150 cases made.
