NVWE Notes: This flashy wines is super forthcoming to the nose, where it delivers intense aromas of pineapple souffle, white peach tart, lemon sorbet, lemon curd, yellow rose, honeysuckle, toasted meringue, nutmeg and vanilla wafer. It proves tongue-coating and every bit as delicious as hoped in the mouth, if just a bit fresher and firmer. The finish is focused, lingering and plush, with lemon sorbet, white peach, pineapple core, kumquat marmalade, toasted grain and nutmeg lined-up at center-stage. It should reach its full expression in six to eighteen months, but it is already captivating. 205 cases produced.
