Spicy, minerally and creamy rich, the nose of this fine bottling offers a tense, focused mix of green apple, white peach, lemon sorbet, honeycomb, oyster shell and pineapple souffle aromas. There is a lean, racy feel on the palate, where creamy meringue notes bring gentility to zestier lemon sorbet, white peach, apple, white pepper and sea shell flavors. Minerality and piquant fruit brighten an otherwise creamy, lingering finish and that contrast should bring excitement  to many an elegant dinner.
