Korbin Kameron 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon
San Francisco Wine Panel Score: 94+ Points
NVWE Notes: Seemingly youthful despite being released in its fifth year, this fine Cab represents its mountain heritage with aromas of black raspberry, black currant, dark sour cherry, pomegranate molasses, black fig, dark tobacco, graphite, charcoal and dried herbs. Sour dark cherry, black currant, pomegranate molasses, violet, licorice root, star anise, clove, cedar, black peppercorn, sandalwood and graphite are notable and well focused on the palate and through a lingering finish. Tasty now and hiding its tannins well, it will improve for several more years. Certified organic, 794 cases produced.
