Nicely evolved, the aromas of this rich Cabernet roll out as a medley of dark cherry, red plum, mulberry, black fig, cherry pit, toffee and bitter chocolate scents, with an undercurrent of graphite. Sour dark cherry, Santa Rosa plum jam, mulberry, date, dried fig, toffee, peppercorn, bay leaf and graphite flavors come on with fine focus on the palate and they linger impressively. It is close to fully mature and should be super with a dark beef roast.
