Lean and youthful to both the nose and palate, yet showing early appeal, this Cabernet offers blueberry, dark plum, sweet vanilla and hazelnut flavors, which linger nicely despite some firming tannins. It should get better over the next eighteen months or more, but is already a tasty dinner companion, especially to grilled meats.
