This seductive Cabernet opens with aromas of black cherry, sour dark cherry, cassis and blackberry jam, well supported by others of hazelnut, clove and dark forest earth. Cherry pit notes and a piquantly jammy red fruit mix add vibrance to its long, dinner-worthy finish, while brief airing (or decanting) brings the flavors forward to create a harmony which makes that finish seem even richer. 580 cases produced.
