This exciting wine is richly fruity and vibrantly fresh yet carries Albarino’s signature undercurrent of salinity. It’s aromas of stone fruits, grapefruit, apricot pit and oyster shell surge forth in chiseled focus the moment the cork is pulled. White peach, guava, grapefruit pith and passion fruit flavors are well displayed on the palate, but with counterpoints of sea shell salinity and piquant fruit zest. Long, tongue-coating and sharply dry, it is very much designed for food service, despite its enormous appeal as a sipper. It is ready to enjoy. 1008 cases produced.
