Distinctive, impressively rich and full of chalky minerality, the aromas of this fine Chardonnay are centered on golden fig, baked apple, preserved lemon and vanilla cream, with a faint suggestion of mint in the background. On the palate plush flavors of apple, fig, preserved lemon, white flower and vanilla cream cookie are sharply counter-pointed by chalky minerality to create a memorable mouth-feel.  The finish is ultra-long and terrifically dinner-worthy.
