The 2021 Echezeaux Grand Cru has a vibrant nose with dark berry fruit, touches of sea cave, oyster shell. This is nicely focused and intellectual. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, fine acidity, unapologetically mineral-driven with a saliva-inducing sapid finish. Very classy and sophisticated. Drinking Window 2007-20048.
